THURSDAY * JUNE 21st

5 - 9pm

Last June Nearly 4,000 of our neighbours turned out for an incredible evening of delicious food, great weather, and community investment. And we're doing it again!

Because of last years great turnout, we have upped the number of food trucks on site from fourteen to TWENTY-FIVE! We're bringing back the Butterfield Acres petting zoo, costumed characters, bouncy castles, raffles/giveaways from local businesses and much more! It is going to be incredible fun for the whole family - we can't wait to see you there!

FOR A GREAT, LOCAL CAUSE!

All proceeds of the Evanston Food Truck Rally benefit the construction of a multipurpose neighbourhood ice rink! Last year, our community raised $8,500! Let's set a new record this June!

@ THE EVANSPARK GREENSPACE

The rally will happen in the same location as last year: The greenspace next to Evanston Towne Centre/Sobey's market. The physical address of the park is 115 Evanston Dr. NW.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED ✋🏼

It takes approximately 100 volunteers to make the Evanston Food Truck Rally happen. If you'd like to invest in our community by serving during the rally, please fill out the form below and we will get in touch. We're running two shifts at the rally, so If you'll volunteer for 2 hours, you'll have 2 hours to enjoy the fun with your family and friends. We'll give you a t shirt, and you'll foster a deeper sense of community between our neighbours!

DONATIONS & ADVERTISING 📣

Part of what makes the Evanston food Truck Rally so great is the partnership and generosity of the local businesses in the Evanston/Symons Valley area. If you have a business you'd like to advertise at the raffle booth, please contact us using the link below. We are unable to set up separate business booths because of city permitting and other logistical reasons but we love to support our local businesses, so please reach out!

We are seeking donations for raffles at the event. If you'd be willing to contribute, please let us know! All donations are tax-deductible according to Canadian law and CRA guidelines.
